Duties shall include but are not limited to:

Follow up with new leads to determine feasibility of their project goals and budget.

Come up with design concepts.

Measure current spaces

Draw as-built plans

Draw new plans
-
Estimate costs of remodel

Communicate design ideas to client

Determine scope of work

Communicate scope of work to Project Manager

Skills required:
-
Must be a self starter and self motivated
-
Must possess good communication skills
-
Must have a degree in Interior Design or comparable work experience

Must have good computer skills and have CAD experience
-
Must have good organizational skills
-
Must be able to read a tape measure, have some knowledge of construction and be able to read blue prints
-
Good people skills
-
Must have a drivers license and a reliable automobile
This is a full time position and pay is based on experience.
